Eat plenty of fiber-rich foods like grains, root vegetables, lentils and beans. Consume organic foods as much as you can. Try alternating your dairy foods with soya and milk.
Try reducing vegetable oils and use olive or sunflower oil instead. Avoid meat as much as you can. Do not take grain foods like wheat, oats, rye, etc more than twice a day. Avoid eating fried foods. Foods like butter, cream and ice cream can only make your acne worst. Avoid those as much as you can. Processed foods usually contain trans-fats, so better avoid them. Avoid foods with chemical additives, this include canned, preserved or processed foods. Foods with white flour like bread, biscuits, cakes, pastries, pasta are best avoided. Spicy foods, rice, ready meals, caffeine, eggs, garlic, mushroom, broccoli, oyster are known to make acne worse.
